Grow with us.
Prolocals is a growing language school in Vilnius. We started with one teacher and one language, and we are now building a team — teachers, interns, freelancers and collaborators who want to help international professionals feel at home here.
You do not need to do everything in a role. Apply with your strongest skill. If you are excellent at copywriting, apply for copywriting. If you edit video, apply for video editing. If you design, apply for design. We would rather have one person who is genuinely good at one thing than one person stretched across five.
Apply / Send your CV01 · Language teachers
We are looking for Lithuanian language teachers, as well as teachers of other languages. Whether you teach beginners, professionals, or something in between, we would like to see what you can bring to the school.
Please send us:
- your CV / resume
- the language or languages you can teach
- your teaching experience and qualifications
- a short proposal explaining what you would like to teach at Prolocals
We are also open to teachers who arrive with their own ideas — a course, a workshop, or a whole programme you have wanted to run. Tell us about it.
Send your CV & proposal02 · Sales & marketing
People who can help Prolocals reach new students — and turn interest into filled groups.
- copywriting
- writing sales messages and advertising copy
- contacting prospective students
- following up with leads
- supporting marketing campaigns
- customer acquisition
Specialising is welcome. If copywriting is your strength, apply for copywriting alone.
Apply for this area03 · Social media & content
People who can create and distribute the content that tells the Prolocals story.
- social media content creation
- video editing
- graphic design
- creating Reels, TikToks, Shorts and other content
- writing captions
- uploading and scheduling posts
- maintaining a content calendar
One area is enough. You can work only on video editing, or only on graphic design.
Apply for this area04 · Business development
People who can grow the school through partnerships and new opportunities.
- identifying potential partners
- contacting companies, universities, organisations and international communities
- developing partnership proposals
- supporting B2B outreach
- researching new opportunities for the school
If you are strongest at one part of this — research, or outreach, or proposals — say so and focus there.
Apply for this areaOne email is enough.
No form, no portal, no tracking number. Send us an email and a real person reads it. Full-time, part-time, internship, freelance or an occasional collaboration — all of it works.

Your CV / resume
A simple CV or a LinkedIn link is fine. We care about what you can do, not how it is formatted.
-
Which area interests you
Teaching, sales & marketing, social media & content, or business development — just name it.
-
What you are particularly good at
Be specific. "I edit short-form video" or "I write ad copy that converts" tells us far more than a list of everything you have ever touched.
-
A short introduction
A few sentences on how you would like to contribute to Prolocals. Ideas of your own are always welcome.
-
Teachers: what you would like to teach
Which language, at what levels, and how you would run it. A few paragraphs is plenty.
